Older South Florida homes need a closer look
Parts of the Wellington area and neighboring towns still have homes with wiring issues that were common decades ago: aluminum branch wiring, ungrounded two-prong outlets, cloth-insulated conductors, and panels that are full with no room to grow. These are real Florida issues, and they show up most often in older housing stock east of the Turnpike and in homes built in the 60s through the 80s.
Some are nuisances, like two-prong outlets that will not accept modern plugs. Others, like aluminum wiring with loose connections, are genuine fire hazards. An inspection tells you which you have and the right fix.

Do you really diagnose before quoting?
Yes. On every call, the electrician tests and finds the cause before we give you a price, and the price goes in writing before work starts.
Why do my lights flicker when the AC starts?
The AC compressor draws a big surge of current at startup, and that momentary dip can dim or flicker lights, especially on an older or nearly full panel. If it happens every time the system kicks on, it is worth having the panel and circuits checked.
Can one company handle my AC replacement and the panel work it needs?
That is why both divisions exist here. If a new system needs a panel upgrade or a dedicated circuit, our own electricians handle it. No subcontractors.
Do electrical jobs need permits?
Most do, including panel upgrades, rewiring, new circuits, and service changes. We pull permits where required and the work is inspected, which also protects you if you ever sell or file an insurance claim.
How do I know if my home's wiring is unsafe?
An inspection. Warm switch plates, a burning smell, breakers that trip often, two-prong outlets throughout the house, or hot breakers are all reasons to call now.
